COVID-19 Statement

We hope you are safe and well :) 

We are open and online orders are being taken as usual. 

With the change in Government Guidance of unlimited exercise and return to work for those who cannot work from home, we are now back to operating daily post office runs. 
We drop the parcels at the Post Office so are still operating minimal contact.

We are a small, family business run from home and we are operating strict hygeine procedures when packaging parcels including washing and sanitising of hands and using disinfectant on parcels. 

Please be aware that Royal Mail are under huge pressure at the moment so do expect your parcels to take longer to arrive than usual. All parcels are dispatched 2nd class unless upgraded to 1st class in the shipping option at checkout. Further information in our Delivery Policy

Returns will be delayed by up to 3 days as we will be spraying parcels with disinfectant and leaving for this time to protect ourselves. 
Our returns period is 14 days in accordance with our Returns Policy but if you are unable to post back to us in these 14 days please ensure that you do contact us and let us know you have an item to return. This is the only way we will be able to honour returns outside this period.

Payment Plans
During this time we have extended our Payment Plans from 1 month to 2 months. All other Payment Plan T&Cs remain the same and can be viewed here
